See which step we’re on, what comes next and roughly when. If we need something from you, such as photos or opening hours, the app says so clearly.

Designs, videos, website previews and texts arrive in Work. Look at them on your phone, answer a few quick questions, then approve or tell us what to change. No long email threads about version 3 or version 4.

Each project has its own chat with your team. Send photos, PDFs, Word or Excel files. You see when we’ve read your message, and you get a notification when we reply.

Many agencies run projects over email. We wanted our clients to see where things stand at any time, without having to ask.
So we designed and built our own app instead of renting a project tool. It’s made for business owners, not for agencies: plain words, a few clear screens, one login.
How you get the app
You get an invitation.
We send you an email. You choose a password, and that’s it.
Sign in on your phone.
Install the app on your iPhone or Android phone and sign in. Your project is already there.
Questions
Can I still email you?
Yes. Our email address is in the app too. The app makes sure everything about your project stays in one place.
Can I pay invoices in the app?
No. The app shows each invoice with its status, the bank details and the payment reference, each ready to copy. You pay by bank transfer as usual.
Who can see my project?
You and our team. The app shows no ads and has no tracking. Under “Your data” you can see what data we can see and where it’s stored.
Which phones does it work on?
iPhone and Android. You can also open website previews on your computer: the app shows a QR code and a link for that.
What if I want something new?
Tap “Ask for something new” in your profile. It opens a message to your team, already started for you.
