Hosting

When you visit the website, our hosting provider processes technical access data (such as IP address, time and page requested) to deliver the website securely. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Contact form

When you write to us through the form, we process your name, email address, message and the selected service, plus anything you choose to add: company, phone number, selected package, budget range and your answers in the service finder. We use this to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contract enquiry), otherwise (f).

With the enquiry we also send how you reached our website: the first page you opened, the referring website and, if the link contained one, the campaign source. This is not stored in your browser and is only sent together with your enquiry. It tells us how customers find us. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We store your enquiry in our database at Supabase Pte. Ltd. The servers are in London, United Kingdom.

After sending, you receive a confirmation by email. The notification to us and your confirmation are sent through: Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA).

Retention: We keep your enquiry only as long as necessary to handle your request and to comply with statutory retention obligations. After that, we delete it.

Service providers and transfers outside the EU

Our service providers process data on our behalf. We have a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR with each of them. Vercel Inc. (USA) and Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA) are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the EU standard contractual clauses in their agreements also apply. Supabase Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) stores your enquiry on servers in London. The European Commission has issued an adequacy decision for the United Kingdom; access from other countries is covered by the EU standard contractual clauses.

Fonts

Fonts are loaded from our own server. No connection is made to Google or any other font provider.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no analytics or marketing cookies and stores no data in your browser.

To measure reach we use Vercel Web Analytics by Vercel Inc., USA. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It records the page visited, referrer, time, approximate location (country/region), device type, operating system and browser. Visits are counted with a hash of the request that is discarded after 24 hours; we only see aggregated statistics. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (improving the website). Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Client website previews

If you open a preview on the Work page, that client website is loaded from its own server, and its operator receives technical access data. Nothing is loaded until you click.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). No automated decision-making takes place.
