Estetika started as a group of friends who believed small businesses deserve the same quality of creative and technology work as big brands.

Georgi, Kristiyan, and Erdem met through shared work and a shared frustration with how small businesses were being underserved by both freelancers and expensive agencies.
The studio operates from Lüneburg, Germany (Ilmenaugarten 153, 21337) with a multinational team — Turkish and Bulgarian — and clients across Germany, Bulgaria, and beyond. Every market we work in is core, not an afterthought.
Keeping creative, marketing, and technical build under one roof was deliberate. Fragmented suppliers create fragmented results.
